The figure-hugging dress features a stunning night scene design with a large silver sequined moon on the front and glittering star and cloud designs.
Taylor made a statement in her outfit, accentuating her figure with a pair of black platform heels.
The Out Of The Woods singer wore a black wool coat and a sparkling silver handbag for the evening.

Her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, wasn’t in attendance but a source told DailyMail.com he was “really excited” to celebrate with her.
Travis wasn’t present when Taylor started his birthday celebration at Zero Bond in Manhattan because he was in Kansas City for mandatory training.
Insiders sаy he wants to continue celebrating her special day through the holidays and even into 2024, with plans to tour with her.
A source told DailyMail.com: “Travis will be by his side and he’s really worried because he wants it to be his best birthday ever.”

“They’re taking their romance around the world,” a source close to the couple’s long-distance vacation plans said. He was so excited to make her feel like a princess.
According to another source, Taylor is excited to introduce her new man to her loved ones tonight.
“Taylor will celebrate her birthday every year with close friends and she’s excited for Travis to meet them all,” they explained.
