Taylor Swift said goodbye to Melbourne Sunday night with an epic final show, where she made a huge onstage declaration.

Taylor Swift ended her mammoth three-concert run in Melbourne Sunday night with a heartfelt tribute to the city that granted her an “unforgettable” career highlight.

The US megastar, 34, played back-to-back shows at the MCG to 96,000 diehard fans from Friday, which marked the biggest crowd attendance of her career.

Overwhelmed with emotion about the feat, Swift issued a significant statement on the final night of her record-breaking Melbourne leg.

“Some stadium girl math for you … 96,000 people the first night, 96,000 people the second night. 96,000 people tonight,” Swift began.

“Those are all the biggest shows I’ve ever played on a tour and you did it three times.

“The math is that it’s 288,000 people in three nights. Melbourne. You are the love of my life.”

Swift’s appreciation for Melburnians didn’t end onstage, with the singer taking to social media Monday morning with yet another homage to the Aussie city.

“Melbourne, what do I even say to you after over 288,000 of you came and danced with us in the last 3 nights ??!,” Swift wrote alongside photos from her concert.

“That was unforgettable. You were on an another LEVEL. Thank you for the memories. I’ll revisit the ones from this weekend often.”

The 14-time Grammy winner now has a four-day break, before she hits the stage at Sydney’s Accor Stadium Friday night – the first of four back-to-back shows.

It’s been an overwhelming few days for Swift, who flew to Australia from Las Vegas fresh from boyfriend Travis Kelce’s Super Bowl win last Monday.

And it’s clear she’s been feeling all the emotions.

Midway through her first concert in Melbourne on Friday, Swift was left speechless for several minutes as she savoured the incredible scenes from the packed audience cheering her on.
