SUPERSTAR Taylor Swift’s mother sobbed on the witness stand as she spoke about the moment her daughter said a DJ groped her.

Andrea Swift, 59, told a court the singer was left “destroyed” by David Mueller’s alleged actions.

The radio personality is said to have stuck his hand up her skirt and grabbed her bottom as they posed for a photo.

Andrea said: “I went into the dressing room and I saw her face. I could see there was something horribly wrong. She said: ‘Mom, a guy just grabbed my ass’.”

Andrea said she and Swift’s management team chose not to call police because they wanted to keep the incident private.

But she added: “We did not want to let him get away with it. I knew what happened. I heard it from my daughter’s mouth. He sexually assaulted her, right there, that guy (Mueller).”

Andrea became angry when Mueller’s lawyer asked if her son Austin had ever been accused of sexual assault. The judge in the civil trial disallowed the line of questioning.

Mueller is suing Swift, 27, after losing his job following the alleged grope. She is countersuing for assault and battery in the ongoing civil case in Denver, Colorado.
