The actress Scarlett Johansson is not interested in weight gain or loss, she is focused on her costume and performance. Her trained Eric Johnson shared with The Hollywood Reporter,
“Scarlett always wants to be within three weeks out of her peak condition.”
Scarlett Johansson confessed that her biggest struggle is finding a balance between her work life and personal life. According to johnson she has previously shared,
“It’s hard to fit everything in when you try to balance motherhood, training, and work. That balance is a myth!”

The actress does 45-minute to hour-long sessions, four to five days a week starting at 6 a.m. She does all this before her daughter Rose is awake. The actress also added that she prefers early morning workouts “so that after work, I can make dinner and do bath and nighttime with her before preparing my lines for the next day.”
Scarlett Johansson is married to Colin Jost, and she is a mother of two children, Rose and Cosmo.

In the interview, Johansson’s trainer revealed that she does not like traditional cardio. Hence, they do sprint work, battle ropes, and kettlebells. He added in the same interview with The Hollywood Reporter,
“It teaches her to be powerful and strong while making [the exercise] look elegant and pretty.”

He added that it is not enough for the actress to simply do all the reps. She has to do the workout with ease and fluidity to own it. The actress has learned to stay cool and composed despite any discomfort. Johnson shared,
“Many people make an ugly face when they train, but Scarlett doesn’t really have a painful face unless she’s trying something new and difficult. We’re always pushing her ceiling so anything below that is attainable and easier such as learning stunt choreography on the fly.”
Johansson also focuses on diet for a strong and lean body. For Endgame, she followed time-restricted eating to stabilize her energy. If she had her last meal of the day at 9 p.m., she wouldn’t eat until 9 a.m. the next morning. In the days before the shoot, the star cuts down on carbs, to enhance her cuts.
Scarlett Johansson was recently seen in the film, North Star, alongside Kristin Scott Thomas and Sienna Miller.
