Taylor Swift became the unlikely star of the latest Chiefs game, overshadowing Travis Kelce’s moment of triumph as she joined hundreds of fans celebrating his touchdown.

Kansas annihilated the visiting Chicago Bears, 41-10, on September 24 at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kelce’s touchdown grab came early in the second half when quarterback Patrick Mahomes found him in the back of the end zone for an easy three-yard score, bumping the lead to 41-0.

The singer set social media alight by joining Kelce’s mom, Donna, in the family’s suite – and fans were hanging on her every move.

Donning the team’s trademark red and white jersey, the pop sensation joined droves of fans as they jumped up and down and screamed with joy.

Swift appeared to be kicking back amid her busy Eras tour, the singer’s second all-stadium tour since 2018. She made her latest stop at Foro Sol in Mexico at the end of August, becoming the first female act to perform four shows on a single tour.

Despite the jam-packed schedule, Swift found the time to unwind as she watched the game from the luxurious box seats, wearing her signature red lipstick and bangs.

Despite being an outspoken Philadelphia Eagles fan – a fact she verified mid-concert in Dallas – the singer couldn’t contain her excitement over Kelce’s moment of brilliance.

In a first of many viral clips, she was seen gossiping with Kelce’s mother, Donna. The singer leaned in, bringing her ear close to Donna’s mouth. Donna turned away, smiling, before rocking back and forth with laughter at Swift’s shocked reaction.

The singer drew away, mouth open in disbelief. She then slowly broke into a smile and squeezed the older woman’s arm good-naturedly, gestured and clasped her hands together.

Most of Swift’s viral moments happened moments after the touchdown, when the entire section exploded into celebration.

In true sports enthusiasts’ fashion, she shared a chest bump with the man standing next to her, who wore a red tracksuit and silver chain. It is unclear if the pair were acquainted, but they gingerly bumped chests in a moment caught from an angle filmed by fans in the seats below.

She was then seen clapping enthusiastically with hands over her head, jumping up and down and causing her long blonde locks to fly about.

In one of the most celebrated moments of the night, she mouthed, ‘Let’s f***ing go!’ at the field, seemingly directing the remark at her supposed new man.

However, he was overshadowed by Swift’s reactions, particularly on social media. The singer’s name trended for hours on Twitter as fans expressed their delight over seeing their favorite celebrity enjoying herself.

‘She’s always lighting up the room,’ wrote the owner of a popular fan account with over 300,000 followers on the platform.

Fans came out in droves to comment on Swift’s dating rumors with Kelce, but the reception was markedly positive.
