However, it seems Cena previously opened up about the mystery behind his weird Instagram handle. Earlier, John Cena appeared in a conversation with Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen Show. During that, the 16-time World Champion explained his unusual posts and stated that he was told by the WWE management that he was supposed to have an Instagram account.

He then acknowledged the fact that he was “pretty maxed out” with his already existing Facebook and X accounts. He told the WWE people that he didn’t know if he could handle anything else. However, according to Cena, they said, “‘No, you have to have it’”.

Thereafter, he revealed that he told the WWE management, “Okay if I have to do it I’m gonna do it my way”. This gave rise to his utterly confusing and cryptic account. Thus, it can be understood that Cena was compelled to create his Instagram account, and since then, he has been handling it in his own way.

John Cena, just like his bio, uploads random stuff on Instagram without any explanation. He has made over 3000 posts, but each of them is cryptic in its own way. For instance, the ‘Leader of the Cenation’ previously made a post of a mouth, showcasing the full set of teeth.

Before that, John Cena posted a picture of Randy Orton, which might be Cena’s way of acknowledging Orton’s return to WWE. Similarly, Cena uploaded another picture of CM Punk, who also made his return to the Stamford-based promotion.

Apart from these, Cena’s Instagram handle contains pictures of hoardings, random roads, watches, ice cream, Cody Rhodes, NXT, Gunther, and so on. However, the purpose or meaning of the posts has never been disclosed.

Meanwhile, previously, John Cena appeared for an interview with Whiskey Ginger. During that, the 16-time World Champion shed light on his usage of his different social media platforms.
