Everyone’s Saying the Same Thing About Caitlin Clark After Viral Video
Since the WNBA’s break for the 2024 Paris Olympics, Caitlin Clark and her Indiana Fever teammates have shown more of their relaxed and fun side.


This is unsurprising, as the Fever have put together an 8-3 record during this period and have clinched a spot in the playoffs for the first time since 2016. In addition, Clark has won three consecutive WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week awards since mid-August.

Ahead of Indiana’s game against the Las Vegas Aces on Friday, September 13, the team wanted to do something special for third-year guard Lexie Hull’s 25th birthday.

During the morning shootaround, they formed a circle near center court, and Clark took the spotlight. She began singing “Happy Birthday” to Hull and even picked her up, walking around the circle.

Despite delivering one of the most remarkable rookie seasons in WNBA history, Caitlin Clark has sparked plenty of viral moments, with players across the league visibly taking exception to her and her massive fanbase—evident in their postgame remarks and physical on-court confrontations.

After Clark’s rendition of “Happy Birthday” appeared on the Fever’s social media account, WNBA fans were quick to show their love for the rookie out of Iowa, questioning how anyone could have negative things to say about her.

“They could NEVER make me hate her, EVER,” one fan said.

“and yet people hate her?” asked another.

“How can you hate her?” asked one more.

The team’s recent success cannot be overlooked without mentioning Hull’s name. In her last 10 outings, she’s scored double digits in half of them, with games of 22 and 17 points.

Clark, on the other hand, is on the verge of breaking the record for most assists in a single WNBA season. She needs just five more to surpass Alyssa Thomas’ mark of 316 set in 2023.

The Fever will face a challenge in Friday night’s game against superstar A’ja Wilson and the Aces. The two teams played on Wednesday, September 11, and Las Vegas came out on top with a score of 86-75.
