Hollywood’s very own favorite Johnny Depp has been up to a lot of things lately, with his star-studded career widely encompassing his busy life surrounding his music and acting/directing projects. His busy life recently faced an addition when he was surprisingly spotted hanging out and about with Oscar-winning actor cum rapper cum producer, Will Smith.

This comes in light of the latest turn of events in Depp’s music career, which includes him being a part of the star-studded concert lineup for Andrea Bocelli’s three-day special event Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration. And, as much as we hate to admit it, the Edward Scissorhands star looks as unrecognizable in this odd team-up as never before.

As seen in the photos exclusively shared by Egyptian singer Ahmed Saad via his Instagram handle @adhmedsaadofficial, the Bad Boys star and the Pirates of the Caribbean actor were seen spending some quality downtime together. This comes ahead of their attending and performing at the Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration three-day concert event.

The post included three photos of Depp and Will Smith together, two with Saad and one with a larger group of people, all grinning from ear to ear as they pose together while sailing on the yacht.

According to insider reports from PEOPLE, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and the Captain Jack Sparrow portrayer are “together en route to the Andrea Bocelli concert they’re both performing at.” This series of images was clicked while the duo, along with the other members of the yacht, were seen heartily spending time together.

However, some fans are finding all of this hard to believe. Perhaps it is because of the attire he is sporting — a grey T-shirt under a lighter shade shirt and a bandana on his head — or simply because of how different he is looking; either way, they just can’t wrap their heads around the fact that the one hanging out with the Oscar winner in the pictures is indeed Johnny Depp.
