Dubbed the “Billionaire Bunker,” Brady’s ultra-modern waterside bachelor pad is located in Indian Creek.

The plot was originally purchased by Brady and his now ex-wife, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, for $17 million in 2020.
They proceeded to demolish the existing 5,772-square-foot home before beginning construction on a new eco-friendly family home for them and their children.
Unfortunately, Brady and Bundchen wound up filing for divorce in October 2022, after which the property remained with the NFL legend.
Just four months later, Brady announced his retirement from the league.
In the year since, the home has come leaps and bounds, with the latest snaps appearing to show it nearing completion.
Starting at the front of the property, the gardens appear immaculate and well-manicured, with work ongoing to fill what seem to be raised beds.
A pickleball court looks to be waiting for Brady’s arrival – only appropriate given he owns a team – while the large motor court is already filled with the workers’ cars.
On the opposite side of the front yard is what seems to be another small building with its own private courtyard – although the use of this is not clear.
Behind the home, sun loungers and various other items of furniture have now been placed on the various balconies, as well as along the large swimming pool overlooking the creek.
From the rear, the property looks complete – barring the missing railing along the main balcony.
One particularly notable new addition is a large jetty protruding from the waterside dock.
This could come in particularly handy for his children, with Bundchen currently renovating an $11.5 million mansion on the other side of the creek.
Brady and Bundchen share custody of Benjamin and Vivian.
The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star also has another son, Jack, whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan.
In front of the property is a golf course which Brady, who recently appeared at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, will surely make the most of.
The home is surrounded by fellow celebs, including Jeff Bezos, Ivanka Trump, and Julio Iglesias.
Exactly how much Brady has sunk into the remarkable property is unclear.
The LLC through which it was purchased was approved for a construction loan of $35 million from JPMorgan Chase, according to the New York Post.
