Travis Kelce has opened up on how he maintains his focus on the football field amid his high-profile personal life.
The tight end has enjoyed an incredibly successful year away from the field amid his romance with Taylor Swift, his hit New Heights podcast with brother Jason and the ceaseless stream of endorsement deals and Hollywood roles.
However, the Kansas City Chiefs star has consistently maintained that his endeavors and particularly his A-List relationship are not distractions from his work on the field and his eyes are still very much on the prize – the Lombardi Trophy.
The 35-year-old doubled down on his dedication ahead of the 2024 NFL season, revealing how he manages to stay focused on his team.
‘I just love coming in here, man,’ he told members of the media when asked how he juggles football with his other ventures at a Chiefs press conference Tuesday.

‘I mentioned that St. Joe [Chiefs preseason training camp] is my sanctuary. I just love football. It takes me away from life and gives me something I can be genuinely happy about. I enjoy coming in the building and working on my craft, getting to understand a new game plan and perfecting that with people around me. It gives me a purpose to go about my day and live my life.
‘I have so much excitement doing it. It’s going to be hard to know when to call it quits or not.’
Travis and Jason recently inked a new $100million deal with Amazon-owned Wondery for rights to their New Heights podcast, which airs weekly throughout the NFL season.
The podcast has been a hit since it first hit platforms during the 2022 season, which culminated in the two brothers facing off in the Super Bowl as Travis’ Kansas City Chiefs beat Jason and the Philadelphia Eagles.
However, it reached new heights last season after playing a pivotal role in Travis’ relationship with Taylor Swift.
