Travis Kelce slams ‘Brads and Chads’ after girlfriend Taylor Swift booed at NFL game and says crowd ‘went insane’

NFL icon Travis Kelce is dating one of the world’s biggest stars and recently shared what it was like to see her booed at his games.

The 33-year-old Kansas City Chiefs star called out the fans who booed girlfriend Taylor Swift after she appeared on the jumbotron during their game against the New England Patriots.

Swift was in attendance on Sunday to watch the Chiefs 27-17 win alongside her dad and Kansas City’s star QB Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, in a private suite at Gillette Stadium.

Cameras captured Swift’s real-time reaction to being on the jumbotron at the stadium, with her dad wearing a Chiefs-themed Christmas sweater — the Patriots’ supporters ferociously booed them.

On Wednesday, Kelce revealed on his ‘New Heights’ podcast with his brother Jason his reaction to seeing her on the opposing team’s jumbotron during the game and how the experience was.

“I’ll say this: they showed Taylor at the game… you don’t see an entire home team fanbase go insane for someone wearing the opposite team’s colors.

“That just shows how amazing that girl is.

“They went absolutely insane when they showed Taylor on the screen,” Travis said.

However, Kelce does go on to address the boos Swift received and how challenging it was to remain calm.

“Yes, there might have been a few Brads and Chads who were booing, but for the most part, everyone was f***ing screaming their tails off for her.

“I was trying to keep it cool; I was like, ‘don’t show your cards.’

“It was fun, man. Shoutout to the Patriots of New England.

“Taylor’s on record saying that stadium is one of the funnest that she’s played at, so for them to show her, that’s just them showing her some love, so shoutout to them for doing that,” Travis expressed.

The Chiefs knocked off the Patriots 27-10 despite two turnovers from Mahomes.

Mahomes threw for 305 yards and two touchdowns, while Kelce caught five passes for 28 yards.

Kansas City will face the Las Vegas Raiders at home for their Week 16 Chrismas Day match, and according to Page Six, Swift will for sure be at the games.
