There has been a ton of speculation that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are planning to get engaged sometime soon and one reporter was dead set on having his moment in the spotlight by asking the Chiefs tight end about it during a pre-Super Bowl press conference.
“Is there going to be another ring besides the Super Bowl ring if you win this thing on Sunday?” the reporter hinted during media day.
However, not like the veteran that he is, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end intercepted any engagement speculation.

“I’m focused on getting this ring,” he told reporters at a Feb. 5 press conference, referencing the gift awarded to Super Bowl winners. “That’s all my mind is focused on right now.”

For Kelce and the Chiefs, the Super Bowl on Sunday means a chance for a rematch against the San Francisco 49ers, who they beat in 2019 by a score of 31-20. Unlike in Super Bowl LIV, a new audience will be engaged to watch this game as they are all courtesy of Taylor Swift.

The romance between Swift and Kelce has been the talk of the league this season, with her appearances at Chiefs games generating intense interest from her legion of Swifties.

Swift’s first appearance at a Chiefs game on Sept. 24 resulted in the highest-rated NFL broadcast of the week and the second-highest-rated of the season up to that point with 24.3 million viewers.

Taylor Swift’s presence at Kansas City Chiefs games has boosted ad spend and viewership for the NFL, especially among young women.

Swift is bringing new viewers and big dollars to the NFL and the Super Bowl is going to benefit tremendously.

Swift, who is in Tokyo, Japan, to resume her Eras Tour, will fly to Las Vegas later this week to support her man and her fans will be tuned in so they can get glimpses of her.
