And Chris Hemsworth headed straight to a sports bar to indulge in a monster American-sized meal on Thursday night.

The Thor star, 38, appeared to be hungry following his flight, as he ordered two family size pizzas and 12 buffalo chicken wings to enjoy with a dining companion.

The only healthy food on the table were carrot and celery sticks which accompanied the wings.

Chris joked in the caption of his Instagram picture: ‘Just landed in LA and thought I’d kick things off with a super light healthy meal.’

The hunky Aussie actor showed off his buff frame in a white long-sleeve top and his hair was fluffy from his 15-hour flight.

Chris was likely dining with his younger brother Liam.

The pair, along with their parents and Liam’s girlfriend Gabriella Brooks were seen jetting to Sydney from Byron Bay earlier in the week, and presumably caught an international flight to the US after.

Not joining them was Chris’s wife Elsa Pataky, who is likely to have stayed in Byron Bay with their three children.

According to Chargrill’s Charlie’s co-owner Ryan Sher, Chris and Luke ordered Charlie’s signature Chicken Roll, a Whole BBQ Chicken, medium chips and 1 large Rocket Man Salad.

Their order came to a total of $66.

‘It was a pleasure welcoming Chris and Luke into our Woollahra store today,’ Sher said in a statement.

‘They were totally fuss-free, super friendly and great with our staff, taking photos with the team. It certainly made our day.’

Shortly after the meal, Chris gave fans a glimpse at how he maintains his incredible frame as he worked out with Luke.

The Hollywood star shared footage to Instagram that showed him doing a weighted sled push-and-pull while his personal trainer Luke sat on it.

‘Cheers to the worlds laziest trainer @zocobodypro for a fun session @centrfit,’ he captioned the post with the hashtag, Thor: Love and Thunder.
