The sexual assault allegations against rapper D.Piddy have not only shaken the European and American entertainment industry, but those who have close relationships with him are also receiving close attention.
Recently, social media users have been spreading a lot of information, especially related to Canadian singer Justin Bieber in the above scandal. Sean Love Combs, 54 years old, commonly known by his stage name P.Diddy, has been accused of being involved in sex trafficking, extortion, and running a prostitution ring. As for Bieber, a clip of him being with P.Diddy when he was 15 was “dug up”. In it, the male rapper said that the two were together for 48 hours but did not know specifically what they were going to do. Bieber’s demeanor was also identified as very uncomfortable standing next to this man.

The Canadian singer first met Combs as a teenager and developed a close friendship with the artist early in his career. The two also collaborated on the song  Moments, released in 2023.

Many people are questioning whether Bieber’s famous song Yummy has any references to this artist. The MV initially seems to be just a strange artistic party, but when analyzed carefully, there are details that make the audience think that Bieber is referring to harassment, from the age difference between the powerful guests and the young musicians to the metaphor through the cherry and the camera lens…

Bieber has yet to comment on this. However, in a 2020 show, he shared: “It was hard for me when I was young and working in this industry without knowing what my direction was. Everyone said they loved me and then turned their backs on me.” This insinuation, along with a mental breakdown a few years earlier, is said to have stemmed from the singer being a “victim” in P. Diddy’s secret societies.

As the incident gained traction, a song circulating on social media TikTok that mentioned P.Diddy, performed by Bieber , also appeared. However, it was quickly recognized as a product of artificial intelligence.

In November 2023, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie (real name: Cassandra Ventura), was the first to file a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual and physical assault during their relationship. Combs’ attorney initially denied the allegations and the lawsuit was settled by agreement.

Since then, several lawsuits have been filed against P. Diddy alleging harassment, assault, and sex trafficking. The latest was filed on September 24 by a woman who claims Diddy and his bodyguard “brutally” raped her in a New York recording studio more than 20 years ago after drugging her.

In response to this, a series of artists have also made their first moves. Among them, Kesha has directly criticized Diddy, changing the lyrics of a famous TikTok song  that mentioned the male artist involved in the accusation.

Usher – a famous hip hop artist who was supported by Diddy early in his career – has also temporarily hidden all posts on X (Twitter) and is said to be gradually deleting information related to this person.
