NFL brothers Travis and Jason Kelce have made it quite clear where they lean politically.

While the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the former Philadelphia Eagles center typically steer clear of political conversations on their podcast, they haven’t left their preferences to the imagination, with some of their comments and actions suggesting they lean left.

You might remember Jason taking a playful swipe at Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker after his controversial graduation speech earlier this year.

“All of you have been fed diabolical lies that washing every crevice of your bodies and hair, all the time is somehow better or healthier. Any dermatologist not in bed with Big Soap will agree!! Hot spots are all that is necessary and actually leads to cleaner healthier skin,” he joked.

Travis Kelce Has Done A Bit More Than Jason Kelce

As for Travis, he’s done a few things to leave folks believing he’s progressive, more than his brother at that.

For example, he was one of the first white players to kneel during the national anthem in 2017 and has been featured in some progressive segments on ‘Saturday Night Live.’ He’s also made ads for Bud Light and Pfizer.

“Travis Kelce, especially if he votes Democratic, profoundly disrupts the right-wing appeal to (white) male identity,” MS Magazine published in an article back in February.

“In fact, when traditionally successful men like Kelce support liberal and progressive causes and candidates—especially when they do so openly and unapologetically—they help to provide a “permission structure” for young men to vote for Democrats, including Joe Biden. This could be a nightmare scenario for MAGA well beyond November.”

Time might not tell in the case of Travis and Jason Kelce, as they might keep their voting choices to themselves.
