Curated Newsletters
Weekend Editions and topic digests: what is planned.Last updated: Oct 1, 2026
Beyond the daily Morning Drop, we plan a small family of curated newsletters. None of them is sending yet. This page describes the plan and lets you leave your interest on your own device, with no addresses sent anywhere until we announce a launch.
The Weekend Edition
The Weekend Edition is the slow cousin of the daily brief. Once a week, we would gather the best longer pieces from our desks and arrange them into a short reading list for Saturday morning. Think of it as a weekend basket: a deep dive, a practical guide, a piece that makes you think and something playful.
- Format: five to seven items, each with a short note on why it is worth your time.
- Length: a quick scan in a few minutes, with hours of reading behind it.
- Rhythm: the same day each week.
Desk digests
For readers who care about one area, we could offer a digest from a single desk, such as Tech & AI or Creator Life, sent less often and with a tighter focus. The test is whether there is enough strong material to make each issue worthwhile. We would rather start with fewer digests than send filler.
How we would curate
Curation is a form of editing. We would apply the same selection tests as for the daily brief: does it change what someone does or understands, can we check it, and does it add variety? Where we include a piece from outside TIN 356, we would link to the original, credit its author and keep our commentary short. We would not republish other people's work.
Honesty about status
There are no subscribers, no archive of past issues and no sample issue yet, because nothing has been sent. Any page that implied otherwise would be wrong, and we will not publish one. When the first Weekend Edition is ready, we will say so on this page and on the homepage.
Privacy and the list
The sign-up form on this page stores an address in your own browser. We do not receive it. Before any newsletter launches, we will pick an email provider, update our privacy policy, ask you to confirm and make unsubscribing a single step. See the privacy policy for more detail.
Leave your interest
If you would like to be told when the first edition is ready, use the form below. It is a courtesy to yourself: a note on your own device that you have asked to be told.
